VIOLATION |
The constitution of the United States has created
protections for certain fundamental rights. The Civil Rights
Act has defined more clearly what those are. If your civil
rights have been violated, you may be able to recover
damages for civil right violations, such as excessive force,
discrimination, sexual harassment, false arrest, false
imprisonment and others.
Admittedly, civil rights cases are difficult and bitterly
fought by governmental entities. Therefore, attorneys
handling these cases are more selective in the cases they
take and in most cases require severe injuries or severe
civil right violations before they agree to take on the
case. I am an AV rated attorney (highest rating given by
Martindale Hubbell) willing to work on appropriate cases. I
believe I handled the very first civil "misuse of stun gun"
case that was tried to a jury in California many years ago.
My case brought about changes in the usage of stun guns.
